Kick, move and have fun while learning the basics of martial arts. This beginner friendly class introduces young children to self-defense, Jiu Jitsu, kickboxing and boxing in a playful and structured environment. Led by 9th degree black belt Bernie Gorak, this class builds confidence, focus and coordination all while having a blast! Program located at 236 W. Broadway, Bradley.
