Ready to trade beginner steps for hockey strides? Skaters learn a strong hockey stance, how to fall and recover safely, forward marching, two-foot glides, dips, forward C-cuts, and basic stopping, then apply the skills through stickhandling and game-based activities. Prerequisite: Little Blades 1 to 4 or Basic 1 and 2. Full hockey equipment is required. Hockey skills are taught without a puck so skaters can focus on skating technique. Skaters must hold a 2026-2027 Learn to Skate USA membership (learntoskateusa.com).
