An evening ride in the cycling studio. You pedal to motivating music as the instructor takes you through sprints and climbs, a low-impact cardiovascular challenge for beginner through advanced riders. A group fitness class at the Kankakee Area YMCA, included with membership. Members 14 and up may join any class; ages 8 to 13 with instructor approval and a participating adult. Days and times are on the group fitness calendar.
