This female empowerment self-defense class combines the time-tested techniques of Soo Bahk Do with practical, real-world safety training. Designed for women of all ages and fitness levels, the program focuses on building confidence, awareness, and personal strength. The program is led by Jeremy Spence, a sixth-degree black belt with over 30 years of experience in the field of self-defense. Location: River Rock Martial Arts, 485 W. Broadway, Bradley.
