Drop in anytime between 3:30 and 6:00 PM to paint a miniature canvas for our semi-annual art exhibition! This time, we're challenging you to paint something inspired by the Summer Reading theme, "Plant a Seed, Read." We supply all the materials when you stay and paint with us. No registration is required. Adults, Teens, and Children ages 5 and up
Not able to attend? We'd still love to exhibit your art! Here are the details:Create something at home inspired by the theme "Plant a Seed, Read." Bring it to us by Wednesday, June 17, at 8:00 PM.You must supply your own materials.Your creation may be either 2D or 3D and made from any traditional art medium or unconventional recycled materials, as long as it is no larger than 4 inches on any side. Please include a note with your name and the title of your work. *Only one artwork per person, please. Adults, Teens, and Children ages 5 and up
The artwork will be displayed in the library from June 19 to August 1! Stop in to see the exhibition & vote for your favorite.The artist with the most votes will receive a gift card to a local craft store!We will also invite a local artist to judge the art; their top pick will win a gift card to a local craft store!
