Class Experience
This process art playgroup is an open-ended creative time where the focus is on exploration of the materials, tools and techniques, allowing little ones to interact with their peers in a positive way and having tons of messy, sensory fun!
No formal instruction is offered. Instead children are encouraged to move freely throughout the studio at their own pace as they explore the art play stations we have set up with "Invitations to Create". These stations allow children the opportunity to experiment with a delightful array of art supplies such as paint, dough, glue, cardboard boxes, sensory bins, drawing materials, chalk and more - all sure to engage the curiosity of your little one providing countless benefits, including:
- promoting fine & gross motor skill development
- encouraging self-expression & innovation
- improving hand-eye coordination
- gaining an awareness of colors, shapes, textures
- supporting social-emotional & language development
This type of process-based art encourages creative thinking and allows for a relaxing and calming atmosphere where discovery abounds and new friendships are formed <3

After giving families a brief overview of the project stations, OUR STAFF will encourage everyone to create at their own pace. We'll remain available to replenish materials and make sure everyone is having tons of fun. * * * * *
NO JUDGMENT ZONE: Our staff is made up of moms so we understand that every child's attention span is different. It's okay if your child wants to spend the entire class at one project - and it's equally as okay if they want to buzz quickly from one project to the next and then re-visit a project again - it's also okay if your child is having an off day and they don't feel like participating at all. We'll provide assistance wherever possible to support you and to support your child * * * * *
