Class Experience

Welcome to your monthly dose of creativity & community!

Unwind with us for a creative afternoon out just for adults. Each workshop features a fun, beginner-friendly project you’ll be proud to take home, plus plenty of time to chat, laugh, and connect. Come solo for a little "me time" or bring a friend for a crafty night out. No experience needed — just bring yourself and we’ll provide all the supplies, step-by-step guidance, and a relaxed atmosphere.

Meet & Make Social: Sourdough for Beginners

The art of sourdough is not new, but it has become more meaningful than ever in recent years. Baking bread invites us to connect, create, and experience the satisfaction of transforming a few humble ingredients into something nourishing and beautiful.

We’re thrilled to welcome back Tiffany Anne of Tiffany Anne’s Sourdough to Little Me Studio. Tiffany discovered her passion for baking during Covid, when time at home led her to the joy of baking sourdough — and eventually to sharing her craft with others. She joins us to guide you through the fundamentals of sourdough baking in a relaxed, hands-on setting.

What You’ll Learn

In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn:

  • How to maintain and activate a sourdough starter
  • Proper dough mixing techniques
  • Stretch and folds
  • Shaping dough for long fermentation
  • How to prepare your dough for baking

You’ll get hands-on experience every step of the way.

Included with Your Registration
  • Mini loaves to bring home
  • Mixing bowl
  • Bread whisk
  • Banneton
  • Bench scraper
  • Bread lame
  • Dehydrated sourdough starter
  • Recipe card
  • Instructions for hydrating your starter

REQUIRED (not Included)

Kitchen scale (available for purchase at check-out)

We will have a few scales available during class, but you will need one at home the next day as you begin feeding your starter. A kitchen scale is very important for sourdough success. If you don't already have a kitchen scale with grams and ounces, please purchase an affordable scale before class, and we highly recommend bringing it with you.
