As a tribute to the 250th anniversary of the United States of America, Grant Park Fall Fest's 2026 theme will be:

6:15 Family Bike Ride Sponsored by Wick's Bicycle Shop
7:15 p.m. Movie in the Park. Sponsored by Wick's. Screen and Sound Equipment Sponsored by DJ Tony Foushi.

SATURDAY • SEPTEMBER 12 • 2026
Food Vendors 9 am to 10 pm
Bouncy Playland for the kids: 9 am to 4 pm
Kids train rides starting at 10 a.m.
Kids Games (times TBD)
The bar in the park building will be open Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Gas Card Raffle tickets will be available throughout Fall Fest weekend. Raffle will have 3 prize levels: $300, $200 & $100.
Chili Cookoff Noon until 3. Set up at 11 am
Reptile Show 11 am to 2 pm
Bertrand's Petting Zoo Noon to 3
Andrea Hendricks and Griffin Gate Farm Highland Cows for a 2-hour visit.
Sensei Steve's Karate Demonstration 2pm-3pm
Bingo on Saturday 1 pm to 4 pm
Elvis Impersonator 6:30 to 7:50 pm
Parade Lineup 7 pm at GP High School
Lighted Parade Starts at 8 pm

Chicago Heights South Side Cruisers Car show on Sunday registration starts at 8 am . Show runs from 10am to 3:00pm
Food Vendors 9 to 2

Bricks and Minifigs of Bradley Noon to 2 p.m.

Burnout Contest at the GP Police Station kicks off at 1 pm with the kids contests.
Burnout Competition starts at 3 pm

America's 250th birthday will be celebrated on July 4, 2026. The anniversary marks 250 years since the signing of the Declaration of Independence in 1776. Festivities will be happening nationwide and The Village of Grant Park, IL, will be a part of the The United States Semiquincentennial celebrations!
