Join us on Saturday, August 1 from 9–11 a.m. for FREE sports physicals at our Bourbonnais clinic. A sports physical is an important step in helping young athletes prepare for participation and identifying any health concerns before the season begins.
No appointment necessary. Physicals will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
