Class Experience
Creative Makers is more than an art class—it’s a screen-free space where kids build real-world skills through hands-on creativity, connection, and exploration.
Designed for ages 5–12, this weekly program supports the growing need for children to slow down, think independently, and engage meaningfully with others. Each session invites kids into open-ended art experiences that encourage curiosity, problem-solving, and creative risk-taking—without the pressure of perfection.
While we use art as our tool, the true focus is on developing the whole child. Through creating, kids practice:
Social confidence – collaborating, sharing ideas, and navigating group dynamics
Critical thinking – making decisions, solving problems, and adapting plans
Focus & persistence – sticking with challenges and seeing ideas through
Independence – trusting their own ideas and building self-confidence
Emotional expression – processing thoughts and feelings in a healthy, creative way
In a world filled with fast-paced schedules and constant screens, Creative Makers offers something different—a chance for kids to be present, use their hands, and connect with peers in a meaningful way.
Each class includes light guidance and skill-building, balanced with the freedom to explore a variety of materials and ideas. No two projects look the same, because no two kids think the same—and that’s exactly the point.
